What is SadguruPrasadam

Guru means enlightener, the preacher, who removes the ignorance so that one can see the truth clearly and differentiate between right and wrong.

There is a difference between Guru and Sadguru/Satguru. The knowledge of Satguru is elaborate, complete &true. Guru is a human form well versed in scriptures while Satguru is the Guru who has realized‘Sat’, the Supreme Self or God.

Prasadam means blessings.

Any person above the age of 12 years can take one teaspoon, once a day with a glass of water.  For best results make herbal tea by boiling in water. One can add honey, sugar or salt as per choice. Children can be given reduced quantity. Not recommended for infants, pregnant/lactating women and individuals suffering from serious illnesses.

Does it benefit spiritually or physically?
